If content is king, then Dez is the queen. Marrying her passion for design with an uncanny ability to leverage data to understand human behavior, Dez guides Franklin Street’s content to showcase our thought leadership. When she’s not on the Street, Dez is ushering in the next generation of leaders, serving as the mentorship chairperson for the Advertising Club of Richmond. Dez holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of North Florida.
